SexLoveYoga for Couples is for couples who have been struggling with not feeling in-rhythm with one another, lacking in feeling pleasure and connection within their own body, and wanting to release themselves from the trappings of their own mind.
While SexLoveYoga for Couples is designed for couples to go through together, it’s totally ok if you come in it at different paces. Everyone’s process is different and to push them into a process that is faster than what they are ready for may not help you move forward.
