Steve Taus is a Los Angeles based Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. He has been in private practice for 10 years and has counseled hundreds of individuals and couples. He has expertise in the treatment of depression, anxiety and addiction but his greatest passion and expertise is in the realm of optimizing relationships and in particular helping men garner the skills required to have and hold a healthy long term relationship with a woman. Steve is also only one of a few therapists in the state of California who use Emotional Transformation Therapy, a dynamic therapy that utilizes color and light on the eyes that has been shown to accelerate therapeutic gains in less time then traditional talk therapy. Beyond that Steve also offers coaching services for certain clients who already know what they want and just need an added push to get themselves from A to B. His coaching services include weight loss, relationship skills and goal attainment. He is also in the final stages of launching his first book “The last man she’ll ever date: A man’s journey to a successful relationship with himself and his woman”. In his off time Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and family and enjoys exercise, yoga, meditation and the study of good nutrition. As a man that was once 250 LBS and obese and now living in a healthy body weight he says his past times of exercise, yoga, meditation and good nutrition aren’t just his leisure interests but they are a must to his continued good living and service to others.
